Please before purchasing read carefully the ingredients list, there is nothing hidden, Please if you are allergic or sensitive to any of our ingredients even if they are natural ingredients
do not place an order. All products are list with full complete ingredients. Every body is different and we cannot guarantee you will not get any reaction. Please if you are unsure
always try an allergy patch test.

We use clays (mostly Australian clay) to colour the soap and essential oil only for the scent. Our soaps are handmade so there is no soap that will be the same to another one. Our products should be stored in a cool and dry environment ( below 28 Celsius degree) as indicated on the label and away from direct sunlight. In some of our products we use vitamin E as natural preservative and antioxidants, no synthetic preservatives added so we recommend  that "the best before" by dated on our product label.

Our soap are tested safe to use after 2 years if stored properly but we recommend that you should use them within a year because the natural scents of the essential oil may fade with time.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive damaged goods please notify us via email within 48 hours. Please include images. All such products will be replaced-according to availability- or they will be refunded. We will cover shipping expenses for any damaged products. To be eligible for a return, require picture taken and emailed to us. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. it must be also in the original packaging.

 

REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have by since the date of receiving, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product you should email your product to : Milla's Pantry or Claudia Perrone, 9 Wattle Mews, Hocking, 6065, Western Australia, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $ 40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

OUR HANDMADE PRODUCTS

Please remember and consider that as our products are handmade in small batches, they might vary in size, shape, scent, weight and colour. This natural variants are one of the amazing part of our product and artisan beauties and are not ground for a refund or replacement.
