WHAT'S INSIDE YOUR PRODUCTS?
Only natural ingredients with no harmful and synthetic stuff. We add no chemicals, phosphates, sodium lauryl sulphates or parabens. We use clays(mostly Australian clay) to color the soap and essential oil only for the scent. All products are list with full complete ingredients.

DO YOU USE AUSTRALIAN INGREDIENTS?

We use where possible Australian ingredients because we truly believe in support
small business and also we believe by supporting each other that we can all become stronger.

IF I HAVE SOME SKIN ISSUE, CAN I STILL BUY YOUR PRODUCTS?

Please before purchasing read carefully the ingredients list, there is nothing hidden, Please if you are allergic or sensitive to any of our ingredients even if they are natural ingredients do not place an order. Every body is different and we cannot guarantee you will not get any reaction. Please if you are unsure always try an allergy patch test.

IF I BUY MORE THAN ONE PIECE, WILL THEY ALL LOOK ALIKE?

Please remember and consider that as our products are handmade in small batches, they
might vary in size, shape, scent, weight and colour. This natural variants are one of the amazing part of our product and artisan beauties and are not ground
for a refund or replacement.

HOW LONG DO YOUR PRODUCTS LAST?

Our soap are tested safe to use after 2 years if stored properly but we recommend that you should use them
within a year because the natural scents of the essential oil may fade with time.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY PRODUCTS?

Our products should be stored in a cool and dry environment( below 28 celsius degree) as indicated on the label and away from direct sunlight. In some of our products we use vitamin E as natural preservative and antioxidants, no synthetic preservatives added so we recommend that "the best
before" by dated on our product label.
